安徽农村留守儿童行为问题的现状

Research on Present Situation of Behavior Disorders of Leftbehind Children in the Countryside of Anhui Province

目的 了解农村地区留守儿童与非留守儿童行为问题的发生率及行为问题各因子的差异。方法 整群抽取安徽省庐江县12所中学12～16岁在校初中生5973名（男3168名，女2805名）。其中留守儿童3589名（60．1％），非留守儿童2384名（39．9％），采用Achenhach儿童行为量表（CBCL）进行问卷调查。结果 留守儿童中行为问题发生率为41．3％，非留守儿童行为问题发生率为36．6％（χ^2=13．185P〈0．05）。其中留守男童在分裂样、强迫行为、攻击性行为和多动及行为问题总分方面显著高于非留守男童；留守女童行为问题总分与非留守女童差异显著。结论 农村留守儿童行为问题发生率高，值得社会关注。

Objective To investigate the incidence rates of childhood behavior disorders for leftbehind children in the countryside and their differences. Methods In 5 973 children from 12 middle schools in Lujiang county aged 12 to 16 years old were selected for this resesrch. Among them,3 589 children （60. 1% ） were leftbehind children in the countryside and 2 384 children （ 39.9% ） were not. All of the children were investigated with Acbenbach child behavior checklist. Results Incidence rate of behavior disorders for lefthehind children in the countryside was 41.3% while that of other children was 36.6% （ χ^2 = 13. 185 P 〈 0.05 ）. In this study ,leftbehind boys in the countryside had more problems in schizoid behavior, strain behavior, aggressive behavior and violation behavior than other boys, while there were no significant differences between leftbehind girls and other girls in behavior disorders. Conclusion Incidence rate of behavior disorders for leftbehind children in the countryside is higher than those are not,which calls for more attention from society.
