摘要
课程改革作为政府的一项公共政策行为,同样也面临着合法性问题。课程改革的合法性直接关系到课程改革的成败。而教师的利益期望与教师对于课程改革的合法性获得有着较高的相关性。具体可以从利益最大化、机会成本最小化、边际效用最大化、比较公平和风险厌恶等方面进行考查。
Curriculum reform, as a public policy of government, also need to face the issues of legitimacy. Legitimacy has direct impact on success of curriculum reform. There was a significant correlation between teachers' expectation of benefits and legitimacy of curriculum reform. Specifically, we can analyze this correlation from the following aspects: benefit maximization; opportunity cost minimization; marginal utility maximization; quite fair; risk aversion and so on.
