摘要
江东区在教育均衡发展的区域推进中,通过转变理念认识和制度创新,初步实现了资源配置优化和学校内涵发展的均衡目标。主要思路是:从区域教育整体设计角度,探索我国经济发达地区全民优质教育均衡发展的理论和实践模型,包括制度研究、发展指标体系构建与测评、特色学校建设、有效课堂教学模式开发及基于现代教育信息技术的平台构筑等。
In the inter-region promotion of balanced development, Jiangdong district has, by renewing ideas and updating systems, basically reached the balance between optimization of resource distribution and school connotative extension. Therefore, the next plan is, considering overall development of regional education, to explore theoretical and practical models of balanced development of excellent education for all people in developed areas of China. It includes researches on system, construction and assessment of developmental benchmark systems, construction of characteristic schools', development of effective classroom teaching models as well as the construction of a platform that built on the modern information technology of education.
