摘要
微波等离子体原子发射光谱法(MIPAES)测定碲,前人已作过一些工作。本文利用我们建立的微量进样系统与MIPAES联用,对碲的测定进行了研究。实验中发现,加入适量的SnCl2可降低检出限约一个数量级,Te214.3nm的检出限为5 ng/mL,同时还研究了碱金属卤化物对碲的测定的影响。
In this paper, the determination of tellurium by ETV-MIP with a new micro sample introduction system was studied. It was shown that the addition of SnCl2 AES can increase the emission signal of Te at 214. 3 nm. The detection limit is shown to be 5. 0 ng/mL. The influence of alkali halide in the aqueous solutions with SnCl2 and without SnCl2 on the emission signal of Te 214. 3 nm line was studied in some detail.
