摘要 目的:探讨脑电生物反馈治疗注意缺陷多动障碍的疗效。方法:将入选患儿按就诊次序编号的奇偶数分为脑电生物反馈治疗(脑电组)和利他林治疗(利他林组),疗程3个月。采用数字划消测验、韦氏儿童智力量表、联合型瑞文测验及行为问卷工具,对两组患儿治疗前、治疗后及随访时进行疗效评定。结果:治疗后两组注意力、认知功能均较治疗前明显改善,利他林组注意力、听广度、编码均优于脑电组,但脑电组CRT较利他林组高。行为问卷评分治疗后利他林组减分较脑电组明显,但停药后分值上升。结论:脑电生物反馈治疗短期疗效不如利他林,它起效慢,但疗效稳定、持久。 Objective: To explore the effectiveness of EEG biofeedback treatment on attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) . Methods: The chosen children were randomly assigned to the EEG biofeedback treatment (EEG) group and the Ritalin treatment group for 3 months. Patients were evaluated before and after treatment with drawing number tests, Wechsler Intelligence Scale, combined Raven's test and Conner's behavior rating scale. All the subjects were followed up. Results: The attention and cognitive function of both groups were improved significantly after treatment. The patients'attention, digit span and coding in Ritalin group were superior than those in EEG group. But CRT in EEG group was higher than that in Ritalin group. The score of Conner's Rating Scale in Ritalin group decreased more significant than that in EEG after treatment, but rebounded when the treatment stopped. Conclusion: The short term effectiveness of EEG biofeedback is lower compared with those Ritalin treatment, but it shows slow effects, more stable and permanent.
