平面三角针治疗尺骨鹰嘴骨折的生物力学研究 被引量:2

摘要 克氏针制成平面三角针治疗尺骨鹰嘴骨折18例取得良好效果。为了与其它常用方法进行比较,选用相同材料制成64个鹰嘴骨折模型,分别用平面三角针、张力带、螺丝钉、“8”字钢丝固定,经生物力学试验表明:平面三角针抗张力及抗剪力最强,符合生物力学优势,应是首选方法。 Good therapeutic effect was obtained in thetreatment of olecranal fracture with plane triangleneedles made with Kirschner pins. For comparing withother commonly used methods, 64 models of olecranalfracture, made with same material, were divided into 4groups and fixed with plane triangle needle, tensionband, screw, and steel wire with figure of 8 respectively.Based on the biomecF 7ical test,the plane triangle needlefixation for olecranal fracture was the best in antitension and anti-shear among all four kinds of fixation.For this reason, we thought it was in the first place ofmethods for fixation of olecranal fracture.
