摘要
目的:观察电针配合功能训练治疗脑卒中偏瘫的临床疗效。方法:154例急性脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分为观察组和对照组各77例,均按急性脑卒中常规处理,病情稳定后均给予电针治疗,观察组同时配合功能训练。结果:治疗15-30d后疗效评定,观察组总有效率高于对照组(96.1%、89.6%,P<0.05)。Barthel指数及FMA运动积分与治疗前比较,2组均有显著提高(P<0.05、0.01),观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:电针配合功能训练能显著提高急性脑卒中偏瘫患者的肢体功能及ADL。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of electro-acupuncture and functional training for stroke-induced hemiplegia. Methods: 154 of stroke-induced hemiplegia cases were randomly divided into two groups (n = 77 in each group). The observation group was treated by electro-acupuncture and functional training, and the control group by electro-acupuncture only. Results: The total effective rate in observation and control groups was 96.1% and 89.6 % respectively (P〈0. 05). After treatment, the Barthel index and FAM scores in both two groups were significantly increased as compared with those before treatment (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01), and there was significant difference between two groups. Conclusion: Electro-acupuncture and functional training could significantly improve the extremity function and ADL of the patients with acute stroke-induced hemiplegia.
