On the Positive Effects of Confucius' Honesty and Frankness on the "Honesty Crisis" at the Olympic Games

以经典文籍《论语》为参照,从三个方面阐述了孔子“诚信”思想对奥林匹克运动“诚信危机”的正面影响,并结合《论语》中维护“诚信”的具体措施,对逐步消解奥林匹克诚信危机,重构“诚信”理念提出了一些相应的对策。

The paper expounds the positive influences of Confucius＇ thought of “honesty and frankness” on the “honesty crisis” at the Olympics trom three perspectives, in reference to the classic work Confucius Sayings. Based on the Confucius＇ measures for the maintenance of “honesty and frank-ness”, the paper p/ovides corresponding suggestions to melt down the “honesty crisis” at the Olympics and to reconstruct the concept of honesty.
