厦门市青少年篮球业余训练现状调查分析

On the Present Situation of Extracurricular Basketball Training for Teenagers in Xiamen

为进一步了解和掌握厦门市青少年篮球业余训练的状况,对厦门市体校和14所中学青少年篮球业余训练的现状进行了调查。结果表明:各校学生中热爱篮球运动的同学很多,课余篮球活动开展的也十分广泛,各校对篮球代表队的训练较为重视和普及;由于教练员普遍学历较高,敬业精神较强,加上大部分学校领导重视,经费充足,因此师生相互间的评价较为真实;青少年的篮球基本技术参差不齐,学生对文化课和篮球训练之间的关系在协调和安排方面有待提高,家长的和班主任对篮球业余训练的支持还需要进一步沟通和加强。

In order to have a better knowledge of the status quo of extracurricular basketball training for teenagers in Xiamen, a survey has been conducted in Xiamen Physical Training School and 14 middle schools. It is revealed： most students are very fond of basketball sport, and extracur- ricular basketball sport is developed quite widely; every school places a lot of emphasis on the training of school team; most coaches with a high level are qualified and hard-working, and school leaders show great concern and supply sufficient funds, so the evaluation between students and teachers is comparatively reliable. But teenagers differ in their basic basketball techniques, so harmonizing and arranging the students＇courses and their basketball exercise well still need to be improved and the surpport from the parents and class tutors also need to be strengthened.
