Characteristics and Construction of Sports Environment System at College and University

运用文献资料法、比较分析法,明确了高校体育环境的三大要素,分析了高校体育环境具有整体性、关联性、长期性、系统性的特点,并就高校体育环境系统建设提出:发挥教育者的主导作用;提高学生体育锻炼的积极性;制定健全科学的规章制度、条例;立足于大学生体育发展的特点,创建良好的体育环境;重视宣传、舆论环境的培育等对策。

By methods of literature and comparative analysis, the paper defines the three dements of sports environment at college and university, analyzes its characteristics of integrity, inter-relatedness and systematicness, and puts forward measures to build a sports environment system： to give full play to educators＇dominant role, to promote students＇ initiative in sports, to work out scientific rules and regulations, to build a favorable sports environment, and to value propaganda and public opinion.
