Investigation and Reflection of Teaching Reform of "P.E.Psychology"

以全面发展的教育理念为目的,全面分析了体育心理学在体育科学及健康教育中的作用。面向21世纪人才需求,体育心理学教学改革的着力点应该是:开展以修订教学大纲、优化及更新教学内容;改革教学方法、加强和提高实验教学地位;建立科学的教学评价方法研究。

Based on the educational ideal of all-round development of students and according to the demand for talents for the 21st century, the paper analyzes the role of “P. E. Psychology” in P.E. science and in health education. It is pointed out that the reform of “P. E. Psychology” teaching should involved revising the teaching syllabus, optimizing the teaching content, exploring the teaching method, valuing the experimental teaching, and setting up a scientific teaching evaluation system.
