感染疟原虫小鼠对肿瘤生长抑制作用的实验观察

Experimental Observation of Tumour -inhibiting Effect of Mice with Plasmodium Infection

将S180腹水癌细胞接种于实验感染约氏疟原虫的小鼠体内，观察疟原虫感染鼠对肿瘤生长的影响。结果表明，感染鼠接种瘤细胞后通过体重和腹围的测量显示腹水的增加速度与对照鼠相比明显减慢，平均生存时间亦明显延长，其生存延长率比对照鼠增加55．6％～235．6％。说明疟原虫感染后小鼠对体内肿瘤的生长具有明显的抑制作用。

The effects of mice bearing Inalaria parasite infection on tumour growth were observed, by means ofimplanting S180 ascites areoma cells into the drice with Plasmedium yoclii infection. After Plasndum - infected ndce were inoculated with the tumour cells, the speed of prolducing ascites shown after the mea-arent of weight and drioindnal of the infected ndce was sighficandy lower than that of the con-trolmice. The mean longavity of the infeCted ndce was notaby Prolonged and the life-Prol0opng rate ofthe infectal ndce had haen incnd by 55. 6% ～235. 6% over the control ndce. The resultS illuShatedtha Inalaria poite infection showed a significanily idsbihng dst on tumourgrowth in the mice.
