人肺腺癌多药抗药细胞系LC-3/CDDP细胞周期及DNA含量变化 被引量:4

摘要 应用流式细胞仪测定人肺腺癌多药抗药细胞系LC-3/CDDP之细胞周期、DNA指数,用3H-胸腺嘧啶核苷掺入法测定DNA合成动态,结果显示,LC-3/CDDP细胞系G2+M峰较亲代细胞明显增高,G期细胞比例降低,S期、G2+M期比例升高,DNA指数增加,DNA合成速率较亲代细胞显著增快。提示人肺腺癌多药抗药细胞系LC-3/CDDP对DNA损伤的修复功能增强。 In order to investigate the mechanisms of multi - drug rdsistance in LC- 3/CDDP, a cisplatin - re-sistant subline of human lung cancer cell line, cell cycle, DNA index and mpential DNA synthesis werestudied.The results showde that the percentage in phases and G2+ M of the resistant cell line increasedmore sibnificantly than that of its cell line. DNA index increased remarkadly in LC-CDDP,which was corrdsponded with the sequentialoborvation of DNA synthesis. We conlude that the increasedDNA repair in LC - 3/CDDP might be one of the mechanisms of multi- drug resistance.
