Cobalt coated on the surface of spherical Ni(OH)_2 and its performance

摘要 为了提高球形Ni(OH)2的电化学性能,在球形Ni(OH)2表面喷涂钴盐溶液,通过烘干、碱化等工序后得到的覆钴球形Ni(OH)2,对它进行了XRD、粉末微电极循环伏安模拟充放电实验,并制备成样品电池进行测试。包覆3.0%钴的材料导电性好,振实密度为2.05 g/ml,制成的电极1C放电比容量为260 mAh/g,10C放电比容量为228 mAh/g。 To improve the electrochemical performance of spherical Ni(OH)2, cobalt coated spherical Ni( OH)2 was obtained by spraying cobalt saline solution, through oven drying and alkalization processes. XRD and powder micro electrode cyclic voltammetry simulated charge-dlscharge tests were taken on it and sample battery was made for the testing. The material coated with 3.0% cobalt had fine conductivity, the tap density was 2.05 g/ml, the 1 C and 10 C discharge specific capacity of electrode prepared was 260 mAh/g and 228 mAh/g, respectively.
