介绍了LR03电池连续式滚线机的工作原理。对机械零件和机械结构对滚线工序质量的影响进行了探讨,并提出了控制措施,如减少齿轮间隙、控制滚线芯轴的关键尺寸及为电池钢壳选择合理的预压力等。
The working principle of the continuous roll-line machine of LR03 battery was introduced. The influences of mechanical parts and mechanical structure on the quality of roll-line were analyzed. The controlling measures were put forward such as reducing the gap of transmit wheels, controlling the chief sizes of roll-line axis and selecting the appropriate prestress for the steel can of battery.
