摘要
利用慢脉冲快速充电方法,设计不同的充电参数,对阀控式铅酸(VRLA)电池进行循环测试,找出适合VRLA电池的最佳充电制度,以克服或消除早期容量衰减(PCL)效应,抑制硫酸盐化、失水干涸及热失控。36 V、10 Ah VRLA电池的100%DOD循环寿命达470次以上。
To find out the optimum charging system suitable for the valve regulated lead acid (VRLA) battery to overcome or remove the premature capacity loss (PCL) effect to restrain sulphation, dehydration dry up and out of heat control, different charging parameters of VRLA battery were designed to make cycle test by slow pulse fast charge method. The 100% DOD cycle life of 36 V, 10 Ah VRLA battery was more than 470 cycles.
