摘要
提出一种新型活塞式压缩机。与传统曲轴连杆结构压缩机不同的是,它采用带两个休止角段的凸轮驱动活塞,活塞的加速度选择为正弦加速度。通过计算与分析,可以得到活塞位移、速度和加速度均连续的运动规律。这种结构的压缩机可以适用于高速运转,其运行的噪声、振动和磨损都比较小,可以改善传统曲轴连杆结构活塞式压缩机固有的一些缺陷。
Presents a kind of new reciprocating compressor. Compared with the reciprocating compressors with the structure of traditional crankshaft,it adopts a cam with two repose angle segment to drive the piston. The acceleration of piston has the sine acceleration, through calculation and analysis, gets that the piston's displacement, speed and acceleration are all continuous. This kind of the compressor can be applicable to the high speed operation, its noise, vibration and abrasion are smaller, and can improve some disfigurement of the traditional reciprocating compressors with structure of crankshaft.
