摘要
针对鸡西市荣华煤矿东主运输巷道软岩支护问题,结合X射线衍射分析结果和巷道变形监测结果,采用有限差分法,分析荣华煤矿巷道在不同的支护形式下的应力场分布及塑性区体积,优化筛选出较为合理的支护方式。计算结果表明,采用预应力全锚索支护技术可以有效地将围岩应力转移到岩层深部,降低喷层单元的切向应力。锚索与周围岩体相互作用,起到“组合梁”与“组合拱”作用,使得围岩塑性区体积与巷道底板位移量明显减小。
Directed at soft rock support in Ronghua mine, this paper features a few of support plans combining the X-ray diffraction analysis with monitoring deformation. With the finite difference method, the paper introduces an analysis of the stress field and plastic region of Jixi Ronghua mine in different support forms and choice of the support system available. The result show that the employment of prestressed full cable anchor support technique enables effectively transferring the stress field of surrounding rock to the deep rocks, and reducing the longitudinal stress of shell element. The Interaction of cable and surrounding rock results in a remarkable reduction in the bulk of plastic region and the floor displacement.
