摘要
为克服基于平面直列叶栅理论的气动力计算偏差,提出了基于环形叶栅因素的子午风机叶轮设计方法。推导出气流进口相对速度w1和出口相对速度w2的公式。研究表明:验算各叶栅w2/w1时,要求w2/w1≥0.65。
Directed at the aerodynamic calculation deviation resulting from plane linear array cascade theory, the paper proposes the method of designing meridian accelerated air blower impeller considering annularity cascade factor. The paper gives the formula designing parametric calculation and the formula of the air current entrance relative speed w1 and exporting relative speed w2. The Research suggests: checking calculation every cascade W2/WI , demands W2/WI ≥0.65 .
