三峡船闸端头锚索二次进浆管堵塞处理研究

摘要 三峡永久船闸锚索工程的质量是直接关系到船闸的边坡稳定和运行安全的关键。预应力锚索是针对可能不稳定的岩体或建筑物基础施加预应张力,以提高不稳定体的抗滑能力和结构力。三峡永久船闸端头锚索前期施工过程中常出现二次进浆管堵塞现象,经过施工工艺和结构型式的改进,解决了大部分进浆管堵塞的问题,且灌浆的效果良好;但要从根本上解决进浆管堵塞还需增大一级锚孔孔径或改用无粘结钢绞线材料等。 The construction quality of TGP's permanent shiplock anchoring works has direct relation with side slope stability and operation safety of the shiplock.The prestressed anchor cable is to exert prestressed tension on unstable rock mass or structure to improve anti-slide capacity and structural stress of unstable rock mass.In pre-stage construction process of TGP's end-anchor cable,blocking accidents of secondary grout feeding pipe often occurred,through improvement of construction technology and structural type,most blocking problems of grout feeding pipe were solved and grouting effect was satisfactory.But for thoroughly solving the problem,the diameter of anchor hole should be enlarged further or non-binding stranded steel wire should be used.
