摘要
文章介绍了某火电厂原煤仓自动配煤系统的设计开发以及优化过程,重点阐述了循环配煤控制方案的概念和实现方法。在分析了传统自动配煤工艺流程的不足之后,文章介绍了循环配煤、尾仓自动切换、自动停煤源等新的设计概念,提出完整的循环配煤设计方案。该方案使自动配煤过程进一步得到优化、配煤过程更加连续、煤仓配煤更为充分均衡,提高了设备运行效率,能有效防止加仓溢出情况的发生,最终使自动配煤过程变得更加科学合理、系统运行更为稳定可靠。
The article introduced the process to design and optimize the automatic allocating coal system in a thermal power plant in detail. Emphatically, the control plan of circular allocating coal to warehouses and it's realization method were described. Based on analyzing the shortcomings of the process flow of the traditional automatic allocating coal, such as circular allocating coal, automatic switching the last warehouse, and automatic stopping coal source were introduced one by one. Within the software programming method, an entire plan of designing circular allocating coal system was put up finally. With this optimized control plan, the automatic allocating coal process becomes more continuous, full and even. This control plan improved the efficiency of equipments operating, effectively prevented coal to overflow the warehouse, finally caused the automatic allocating coal process to become more scientific and stable.
