锅炉省煤器安全阀多次起跳故障原因的研究

Research on the Reasons of Multiple Actuation Faut of the Safety Valve for Boiler' s Economizer

介绍了锅炉给水和省煤器安全阀的主要作用及一例工业锅炉省煤器安全阀多次起跳故障原因的检查、试验、分析及处理过程,表明了给水分配器结垢堵塞是其主要原因,通过实例,归纳总结了判断给水管系堵塞故障的基本分析方法。可供维修和管理人员对类似故障现象处理时作参考借鉴。

Key roles of the safely valve for feedwater and economizer of boiler have been described in the article. The process of inspection, test, analysis and treatmewt agaiust the reasons of multi-actuation fault of the valve of boiler＇ s econmizer has also been introduced. The key reason of fouling and blocking in the feed water distributor and basic aualysis of these tube block have also described so as to provide the reference to personnel of maintenance and management.
