摘要
根据对双进双出正压筒式球磨机实际运行状况的研究,详细分析了速成双进双出磨煤机轴瓦温度高的各种原因,文章从磨煤机的密封装置、轴瓦的润滑介质、冷却介质以及磨煤机的运行操作等方面对轴瓦温度的影响进行了细致的分析,并针对各种影响因素,提出了降低轴瓦温度的合理措施,在实际应用中取得了明显的效果,从而解决了磨煤机运行中轴瓦温度偏高的问题。
All kinds of reasons of high temperture of the axle bush in double ended tube mill have been analyzed in the article based on actual operation of positive pressure double ended tube mill. Detailed analysis has been made from the sealing device of the coal mill to lubricating medium of axle bush, cooling medium and operation of the mill. Reasonable measures of reducing the temperature of axle bush have been put forward against each factor of temperature influence which has got obvious effect in the actual application so as to solve the problem of high temperature
