摘要
阐述了玉米收获不对行技术的必要性及其发展。根据全幅玉米收获机割台结构,构建了不对行机构的运动学模型;应用ADAMS软件,进行了不同工作参数下机收玉米中分禾和扶禾过程的动态模拟,分析了现有机构的参数对不对行收获时导入玉米植株的影响。仿真分析表明:主动喂入技术在不对行拢禾过程中可防止茎秆被向前推倒;扶禾杆在阻止茎秆侧向倾倒中起着至关重要的作用;喂入链链速与作业速度有较大相关。根据仿真结果对现有机构参数提出了技术改进建议。
The simulation model for the feed-in mechanism with guide rod of a no-row corn harvester was set up. The simulation of holding and supporting the corn stalks was carried out for the diverse working parameters based on software ADAMS. The results demonstrated that the driving feed-in mechanism was able to avoid the forward collapse and the guide-rod played an important role in no-row corn harvesting. Some ameliorative suggestions were given for the design of mechanism.
