56例肝癌患者血糖、胰岛素与C肽水平分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨肝癌患者的血糖、胰岛素与C肽水平变化。方法回顾分析56例肝癌患者及48例正常对照者空腹及口服75g葡萄糖后1、2、3h的血糖、胰岛素与C肽水平。结果与正常对照组比较,肝癌组空腹血糖差异无统计学意义(P〉O.05),服糖后1、2、3h血糖均呈显著性升高,差异有统计学意义(P〈O.01);空腹血清胰岛素呈显著性升高,差异有统计学意义(P〈O.01),服糖后1h血清胰岛素呈显著性降低(P〈O.01),服糖后2、3h血清胰岛素呈显著性升高,差异有统计学意义(P〈O.01);空腹血清C肽差异无统计学意义(P〉O.05),但服糖后1、2、3h血清C肽均呈显著性升高,差异有统计学意义(P〈O.01)。结论肝癌患者糖代谢异常主要表现为糖耐量降低、高胰岛素血症、胰岛素分泌延缓与消除延迟、服糖后高C肽血症。 To investigate the changes of serum glucose, insulin and C-peptide levels in liver cancer patients. Methods The data of serum glucose, insulin and C-peptide levels at fasting and at 1 h, 2 h and 3 h after 75 g glucose intaking was retrospectively analyzed in 56 liver cancer patients (as test group) and 48 healthy controls (as control group). Results There was no significant difference of serum levels of fasting glucose as well as C-peptide level between test group and control group. In test group, serum glucose level at 1 h, 2 h and 3 h after glucose intaking, serum insulin level at 2 h and 3 h after glucose intaking, and serum C-peptide level at 1 h, 2 h and 3 h after glucose intaking all increased significantly (P〈0.01), while serum insulin level at 1 h after glucose intaking decreased significantly (P〈0.01). Conclusion Main features of abnormal glucose metabolism in liver cancer patients were impaired glucose toleranle, hyper-insulinemia, the release and metabolism of insulin delayed, and hyper-C-peptidemia after taking glucose.
