摘要 目的了解亚低温治疗对颅脑损伤免疫功能的影响。方法对颅脑抢救中心的脑外伤非亚低温治疗40例及亚低温治疗颅脑损伤患者40例进行血清免疫球蛋白IgG、IgM、IgA、补体C3、C4检测。结果随着亚低温治疗时间延长,免疫球蛋白呈下降的趋势(P〈0.05)。观察组与对照组同时间点比较免疫功能下降(P〈O.05或P〈0.01)。观察组升温后第2天的免疫功能与对照组同时间点免疫功能比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05或P〈0.01)。结论患者免疫功能受亚低温治疗的影响。 To investigate the effect of mild hypothermia therapy on immune function of patients with cerebral trauma. Methods Eighty cases of patients with cerebral trauma were enrolled, in which 40 cases were received mild hypothermia therapy and 40 cases were as controls. Serum immunoglobulins (IgG, IgM, IgA) and complements (C3, C4) were measured in all subjects. Results With the prolonging of mild hypothermia therapy, serum immunoglobulin levels in treatment group tented to decrease (P〈0.05). The immune function of patients in treatment group degraded as compared with that of controls (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). There was significant difference of immune function in treatment group at day 2 after the elevation of temperature (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). Conclu- sion The immune function of patients with cerebral trauma is affected by mild hypothermia therapy.
