CTX-M型β-内酰胺酶的研究进展 被引量:13

摘要 CTX-M型酶是流行最广泛的超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs),迄今已发现64种。其特点是主要分布于大肠埃希菌和肺炎克雷伯菌,对头孢噻肟的水解活性高于头孢他啶,对他唑巴坦的敏感性高于克拉维酸和舒巴坦。但近年已发现一些对头孢他啶高水平耐药的CTX-M型酶,如CTX-M-15、-16、-23、-27和-32型等。应用头孢他啶治疗产CTX-M型ESBLs菌株引起的感染可能导致失败,并可能对产生新的耐头孢他啶CTX-M型酶起到促进作用。因此,了解CTX-M型β-内酰胺酶的特点,对指导临床抗感染治疗、研究耐药菌株的流行特征、探讨其耐药机制等均具有重要意义。
