摘要
通过对郑州市5种桉树品种耐寒指标的研究,筛选出耐寒品种和评价桉树耐寒性的首选指标。通过对桉树可溶性蛋白质、叶绿素、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、膜脂过氧化物丙二醛(MDA)、电解质渗出率等耐寒性指标的测定结果表明,高山桉较其他4个品种具有较强的耐寒性。
The cold tolerance of Eucalyptus is complicated quantitative characters and cannot be explained by a single character analysis. The indexes of cold tolerance of 5 species of Eucalyptus seedlings were studied in order to screen out the cold-tolerant varieties and the first chosen index of evaluating the Eucalyptus's cold tolerance. The determination of such cold tolerance indexes as soluble protein, chlorophyll, SOD, POD, MDA and exosmic electrolyte rate for the 5 species of Eucalyptus seedlings showed that E. dalrympleana had the greatest cold tolerance. This research results could be used as a reference for further experiments of introducing and selecting good cold-tolerant species of Eucalyptus.
