摘要
多学科设计优化方法(MDO)是从航空领域兴起的一种针对复杂工程优化设计的有效求解方法。该文针对潜艇设计的复杂性特点,探索MDO在潜艇概念设计中的应用。首先,文中建立了包括水动力、推进、重量、性能和成本共5个学科分析在内的数学模型,然后采用MDO方法——协同优化方法(CO),对同时包含连续设计变量和离散设计变量的潜艇系统,进行了以最小化建造成本为目标的多学科设计优化,获得了优化结果。结果表明:相对于传统设计方法,分布式、并行的协同优化方法CO更适合潜艇系统的设计。
A procedure of Multidisciplinary Design Optimization (MDO) is applied to design of a submarine system which is large and complex enough to require that the design problem be decomposed to a set of tractable design problems carried out by disciplinary specialists.A multidisciplinary decomposition and Analyses were developed for this complex system that includes hydrodynamics, propulsion, weight, performance and cost. The collaborative optimization (CO) architecture ,is selected to conduct the preliminary conceptual design of submarine This approach was able to identify feasible designs with the basic construction cost reductions relative to baseline design.The results also demonstrate MDO approaches more suitable for design of the submarine and more flexible and advanced compared with the traditional design approach.
