摘要
随着“糖尿病是糖脂病”这一新概念的提出,游离脂肪酸在胰岛素抵抗和2型糖尿病发生发展中的重要作用日益受到重视,也成为近年来国内外研究的热点,从游离脂肪酸对胰岛素的分泌及信号转导、对β-细胞的凋亡、对糖代谢的影响等方面入手,对其在2型糖尿病中的作用及可能机制做一综述.
Free fatty acid incurring great interest because of the new concept ＂diabetes mellitus are sugar fat disease＂ plays an important role in insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes mellitus. This review will summarize the function of free fatty acid, including insulin secretion and signal conduct, β- cell apoptosis and the glucose metabolism, and possible mechanism in type 2 diabetes mellitus.
