从泥土中筛选出一株絮凝剂产生菌,该菌能产生一种具有絮凝能力的生物物质MXH1。通过紫外、Molish反应、红外、核磁共振等分析,确定该物质是一种生物多糖,含有羟基、羧基、甲氧基等基团及α型糖苷键,分子量约为2.8×107。

A mould was screened from soil which can produce a flocculant material MXHI. This material is a saccharan by the way of UV spectrum, IR spectrum,NMR spectrum,Molish reaction etc. , which has some functional groups such as hydroxyl, carboxyl, methoxy etc. , and a-glycosidic bond,and its molecular weight is 1.8 × 10^5 measured by the way of viscosity.
