应用归脾汤治疗小儿紫癜性肾炎的初步研究

Primary study on treatment of children′s purpuric nephritis using guipi soup

目的运用归脾汤治疗小儿紫癜性肾炎,观察其临床疗效和意义。方法运用归脾汤治疗小儿紫癜性肾炎89例,并与西药对照组40例作了比较。同时对患儿做外周血T细胞亚群和血液流变学检测。结果治疗组89例治愈71例(79.7%),好转12例(13.48%),无效6例(6.7%)。对照组治愈16例(40%),好转16例(40%),无效8例(20%)。两组治愈率、有效率比较,经统计学处理,P<0.05。T细胞亚群检测结果表明,OKT8治疗前明显高于健康对照组,经统计学处理差异显著,而OKT3、OKT4差异无显著性。结论归脾汤加减在治疗小儿紫癜性肾炎上有很强的细胞免疫调节功能,具有明显的临床疗效。

[Objective] To treat children＇s purpuric nephritis and observe it＇s clinical therapeutic effect and significance using Guipi Soup. [Methods] 89 cases of children＇s purpuric nephritic were treated with Guipi Soup, and compared with 40 cases as control which was treated with western drugs. Meanwhile T cells subgroup and blood hemorrheology were tested for all of these patients, [Results] Among 89 cases, 71 cases healed well （79,7%）, 12 cases were improved （13.48%）, and 6 cases were ineffective （6.7%）. Among the control group, 16 cases healed well （40%）, and 8 cases were ineffective（20%）. Compared with the two groups＇ cure rate and effective rate and with statistical analysis, P 〈0.05. The results of T cells subgroup test indicated that the OKT8 was significantly higher than the healthy group, and it＇s significauly different from the statistical treatment, but OKT3, OKT4 had no significant difference. [Conclusion] It showed that the clinical treatment effect was conspicuous using the Guipi Soup in treating children＇s purpuric nephritis, and it has strong regulation ability on cell immunology.
