X线平片与CT在胸腰椎各类型损伤诊断及治疗中的价值

Evaluation of diagnosis and treatment of spinal injuries with X-ray and computed tomography

目的探讨常规X线照片与CT扫描在胸腰椎损伤类型的诊断及临床治疗中的价值。方法回顾分析30例经X线与CT检查诊断胸腰椎损伤病人的影像与临床资料。结果19例单纯压缩性骨折,骨折线仅累及前柱,采取临床保守治疗,疗效好;5例粉碎性压缩性骨折,骨折线累及前中柱,采取临床手术治疗,疗效良好;6例爆裂性骨折,骨折线累及三柱,椎管内有碎骨片并不同程度狭窄,临床手术治疗,疗效欠佳。结论常规X线与CT检查对胸腰椎各类型损伤诊断及疗效评价的有重要价值。

[Objective] To explore routine X-ray film and CT in diagnosis and treatment for thoracolumn spine injuries. [Methods] 30 cases with thoracolumn spine injuries diagnosed by routine X-ray from and CT were retrospective analyzed. [Results] 19 cases were with simple compression fracture, whose fracture lines were implicated former fracture line and with clinical conservative treatment. 5 cases were with comminuted compressionfracture, whose fracture lines were Implicated former and intermediate columns. Clinical surgical treatment was good for them. 6 cases were with burst fracture whose fracture lines were implicated three columns, and some bone clips in intraspinal and some different degrees of stenosis were found. And clinical surgical treatment was not good for them. [Conclusion] Routine X-ray film and CT play important role in evaluating diagnosis and treatment of spinal injuries.
