The clinical application of organ transplantation unavoidably brings about ethical problems. The author elaborates the existing factors, such as the living and cadaver donors, utilizing the condemned prisoners＇ organs, selecting the recipients and practicing organ hetero-transplantation, which hinder the organ transplantation ethically. The corresponding strategies are also expounded from perfecting legislation, enforcing relevant propaganda and adhering to the principles in transplanting organs.
