摘要
针对英斯德朗公司的电子拉力静态试验机出现位移系统异常的情况,结合该试验机的基本结构和工作原理,逐一对可能引起故障的因素进行了检查和调试。结果表明,故障是由位移系统标定数据异常所至。重新对位移系统进行标定之后,试验机恢复正常工作。
According to the structure and work theory of the electrinoic tension static testing machine of INSTRON Co.,checked and debugged each possible causes of the breakdown for the displacement system abnormal. The result showed that the abnormal calibration data of displacement system caused the breakdown. After calibrated the displacement system, the testing machine was return to the narmal condition.
