摘要
分析了球笼式等速万向节保持架外球面切入磨削误差产生的原因,并提出解决和调整方法,从而进一步推导出调整计算式。生产实践证明:该调整方法仅需通用量具即可完成,且调整准确,调整时间短。
The reasons for error cut-in grinding of cage spherical outside surface of ball basket constant velocity joint is analyzed,and the solution for the problem is put forward.Further,the adjusting calculation formula is also deduced.The practice demonstrates that the formula is practical,simple and exact,reducing adjusting time.The adjustment can be finished in the general measuring tool,available on site production.
