摘要
利用电化学阳极溶解原理,提出一种新型脉冲电化学光亮刻字技术,设计了工装,并以轴承为例进行了刻字试验。试验结果表明,该刻字技术具有字迹清晰、光亮且具有一定深度,刻字效率高,操作简便,成本低等优点;可应用于轴承、模具及表面装饰导电材料。
A new lettering technology is put forward based on the electrochemical dissolving principle of anode,and the equipment for lettering is designed and lettering on bearing is tested.The experiment results show that this lettering technique has following advantages： clear boundary and sheeny,high efficiency,low cost and easy operation,available in bearing industries,die and mould industries and so on.
