摘要
通过建立梨RAPD反应的优化体系对棕包梨和其他梨品种进行聚类分析,探讨了它们之间的亲缘关系.结果表明:西洋梨(Pyrus communis L.)与东方梨[(砂梨(P.pyrifdia Burn)和白梨(P.bretschneideri Rehd)]品种之间亲缘关系较远;而砂梨与白梨品种之间亲缘关系较近;棕包梨与砂梨、日本梨品种之间的亲缘关系较远;而棕包梨与蜜雪梨间的亲缘关系很近,而蜜雪梨为我国台湾横山梨和日本水晶梨的杂交品种.表明我国台湾的横山梨和福建的棕包梨可能是同一品种类型.
An optimal random amplified polymorphic DNA(RAPD) reaction system was established to analyse the relationships among Zhongbao pear and other pear cultivars, The cluster analysis results were as follows: Pyrus communis L. could be distinctly distinguished from P. pyrifdia Burn and P, bretschneideri Rehd; P. pyrifdia Burn. and P. bretschneideri Rehd. were not clustered into different groups respectively; Zhonghao pear could be distinctly distinguished from cultivars of P. pyrifdia Burn. and P. bretschneideri Rehd; Zhongbao pear and Mixue pear were clustered into a group, while Mixue pear was the crossing variety of Hengshen pear and Shuijing of Japan. It was suggested that Zhongbao pear and Hengshan pear of Taiwan were likely same cultivar.
