中药制剂对欧鳗实验性肝病保护作用的显微病理学研究

Study on microscopic pathology of the effect of a traditional Chinese medicine preparation on experimental hepatosis of Anguilla anguilla

对欧鳗进行肝组织显微病理学研究.结果表明:前4 d的造模过程中,欧鳗均表现出典型的铜离子急性中毒症状;在治疗试验结束时,阳性空白对照组欧鳗肝细胞出现以脂肪变性、空泡变性或坏死为特征的组织病变,而各治疗组欧鳗的临床表现、剖检症状及肝组织细胞显微结构病变与阳性空白对照组相比,有极明显的改善.可见,该中药制剂可显著促进欧鳗病变肝组织细胞显微结构的修复,具有良好的抗肝损伤及修复肝损伤的作用。

The results were as follows ： （ 1 ） during the first 4 days of the experimental period, all Cu-exposed eels showed abnormal behaviors and light outer poisoned symptoms ; at the end of experimental period, compared with the control group, the clinical performances and the anatomia-pathological symptoms of treatment group improved obviously; （2） a severe hepatic tissue degeneration appeared in Cu-poisoned control group, which was characterized by fatty or vacuolar degeneration and necrosis in the liver cells, fibrinous degeneration in the intercellular substance. It suggested that the Chinese medicine preparation could improve the clinical performances and the anatomia pathological symptoms obviously, and promote the mend of the hepatic tissue structure in the eel damaged liver. The Chinese medicine preparation proved to be a effective liver-protective medicine against the liver injury induced by poison.
