摘要
该测量方法是在三坐标测量机上,建立基于单CCD的自由曲面视觉测量系统;利用CCD测量被测物体表面的曲面特征;采用基于矩形细分的未知曲面测量规划方法,智能指导高精度测头测量,以便快速、准确地获取被测物体表面的大量测量数据.最后通过试验验证了该测量系统的可行性.
To acquire a large quantity of 3D coordinate points efficiently and accurately, a surface measurement system in CMM based on single CCD was set up, and the surface feature of the object measured by CCD was used to instruct higher resolution sensors for further measurement, At last, the rehabihty of the measurement system was proved.
