摘要
目的观察偏头痛患者外周血血小板活化能力、血管内皮素(ET-1)及镁(Mg2+)的含量变化,探讨其在偏头痛发病机制中的作用。方法测定40例偏头痛患者发作期、间歇期颈静脉血血小板活化能力、ET-1及Mg2+含量,同时选取38例健康体检者作为对照。结果偏头痛组发作期血小板自聚力、血小板内游离Ca2+及血浆ET-1含量均增高,血清Mg2+降低,与对照组比较差别有显著性意义(P<0·05);与间歇期相比差别亦有显著性意义(P<0·05)。结论偏头痛患者颈静脉血血小板活化能力、ET-1及mg2+在发作期、间歇期的水平明显不同,这种变化可能是偏头痛发作的一种因素。
Objective To investigate the activation energy of platelet, the contents of endothelin 1 ( ET - 1 ) and Mg^2 + in peripheral blood of the patients with migraine so as to explore their role in nosogenesis of migraine, Methods The blood jugular veins of 40 migraineurs in the period of attack and intermission were taken for measurements of the activation energy of platelet, and the contents of ET - 1 and Mg^2 + ; And 38 health adults were enrolled as controls. Results The auto - agglutination ability of platelet, the contents of Ca^2+ in platelet and serum ET - 1 were higher in the period of attack, however, the content of serum Mg^2+ was lower. Compared to the controls there were significant differences ( P 〈 0. 05) ; and compared to those in the period of intermission there were also significant differences ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion The activation energy of platelet, and the levels of ET - 1 and Mg^2+ of migraineurs in the period of attack and intermission were remarkably different, which may play an important role in the nosogenesis of migraine.
