拉贝洛尔治疗重度妊娠高血压综合征患者产后高血压30例疗效观察

Treatment of Severe Pregnancy Induced Hypertension with Labetalol:A report of 30 cases

目的评估拉贝洛尔在重度妊娠高血压综合征(妊高征)患者产后降压治疗中的作用。方法随机抽取我院重度妊高征患者90例,产后降压治疗随机分成3组:拉贝洛尔治疗组、对照组和心痛定治疗组,并对3组的疗效进行对比。结果拉贝洛尔治疗组疗效好于对照组及心痛定治疗组,差异有显著性意义(P<0·05)。结论拉贝洛尔降压效果好,持久、平稳、副作用小,在妊娠高血压疾病的治疗中疗效高,安全性好,值得推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the effect of Labetalol in the treatment of severe pregnancy induced hypertension. Methods A total of 90 severe pregnancy induced hypertension patients were randomly divided into Labetalol treatment group, control group and Nifepine treatment group. The efficacy and safety were compared among the three groups. Results The efficacy of Labetalol group was significantly better than those in the control group and Nifepine group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The anti - hypertension by Labetalol is satisfactory, long standing, stable and less of side - effects. It is highly effective and safe in the treatment of severe pregnancy induced hypertension.
