摘要
采用石灰软化法与混凝、缓蚀、阻垢相结合处理高炉煤气洗涤水,处理后的水回用于高炉系统。添加聚环氧琥珀酸,2-膦酸丁烷-1,2,4三羧酸等阻垢分散剂,系统中碳钢设备的腐蚀速率平均为0.04528mm/a,结垢速率平均为17.78mg/(m·cm2),满足生产要求,节约了用水。通过理论及试验确定了石灰用量。采用反应釜制备石灰浆,采用罐车及潜水泵运输及投加石灰浆,操作方便。
Lime softening, coagulation, corrosion and scale inhibition were combined to treat washing water from blast furnace, and the effluent water after the treatment was reused in the blast furnace system. When adding dispersant such as polyepoxysuccinic acid, PBTCA, and so on, the average corrosion rate and the scaling rate of the carbon steel equipment in the system were 0.045 28 mm/a, 17.78 mg/(m .cm^2) respectively, which satisfied the production requirement, saved water. The dosage of lime was determined based on the theory and the experiment. In the process, lime slurry was prepared by reaction kettle, transported and dosed by tank car and submerged pump, the manipulation was convenient.
