Human resources development and optimization of investment environment in Fujian

对福建人力资源开发现状进行客观分析,通过纵向、横向比较,寻找其存在的主要问题,并深入分析原因。从新世纪对福建人力资源开发提出的新挑战、新要求出发,紧密结合福建人力资源开发现实,有针对性地提出搞好人力资源开发,优化福建投资环境的对策,进一步增强福建发展后劲,提高区域竞争力。

Based on current status analysis, longitudinal and horizontal comparison, the problems and their causes in Fujian human resources development are investigated. In the regard of new challenges and requirements brought by the new century to Fujian human resources development, integrated with the reality, the countermeasures to well handle human resources development and optimize investment environment in Fujian are proposed, so as to fruther increase sustained development capability of Fujian and improve regional competitive ability.
