慢性骨髓炎病灶灌洗方法改进前后的对比研究

Contrast study the effect of modified focus lavation and traditional way

目的探讨改进后的慢性骨髓炎病灶灌洗方法较常规方法的优越性。方法随机将123例慢性骨髓炎患者分为两组,除相同的常规治疗外,分别用传统的闭式灌洗方法和改进后的灌洗方法比较两组灌洗成功率。结果改进后的方法较传统方法在灌洗成功率差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论改进后的慢性骨髓炎闭式灌洗法较传统法有下列优越性:灌洗管牢固不易脱落、不易堵塞、引流可靠不易失败。

Objective To probe into the superiority of modified focus lavation for chronic osteomyelitis compared with traditional way. Method 123 cases of chronic osteomyelitis patients were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups,each group treated by routine method, experiment group was given modified lavation, and control group was given traditional closed lavation, the success ration of lavation was compared between the two groups. Result The modified focus lavation way has significant differences（P≤0. 01）compared with traditional one. Conclusion The modified closed lavation for chronic osteomyelitis are as following superiorities, such as firm lavage tube, drop preventing, hard to obstructed, and more reliable high for drainage.
