“五脏病传变”在胃脘痛病人时间用药护理中的研究

Applied study of “the five internal organ progress of disease” on the time of medication and nursing for patients with stomachache

目的根据五脏病传变规律及五脏主五时理论,探讨胃脘痛病人的最佳用药时间。方法选择2004年1月～2005年6月我院胃肠病科因胃脘痛住院的病人182例,随机分为两组,观察组98例在辨证论治的基础上,中药煎剂300ml分别于上午10时,晚9时服用,对照组90例,在相同病症、相同方药、相同剂量下,早、晚常规时间服药两组进行对比研究。结果(1)病人自感主要症状减轻或消失的时间显著减少;(2)病理改变效果显著;(3)对幽门螺旋杆菌(HP)的影响有明显差异。(4)临床疗效显著。结论胃脘痛病人在上午10时、晚上9时服药能够发挥药物的最佳效能,提高药物疗效,缩短疗程。

Objective To develop the best time to apply medication for patients with stomachache based on the five internal organ progress of disease and five internal organ control five time theory. Method 92 patients with stomachache in our hospital from Jan 2004 to Dec 2005 were selected for study. All the cases were diagnosed and treated on the basis of an overall analysis of the illness and the patient＇s condition theory and supplied with Chinese herb decoction 150 ml at 10 ： 00 am and 9 ： 00 pm respectively, 90 patients were selected as control. Result （1） The period for self consciousness symptom shading and relieving is shorter. （2） The changing in pathological appearance is remarkable. （3） There＇s significant difference between the HP results of the two groups. （4） The clinical effect is remarkable. Conclusion It will be much better for patients with to take Chinese herb at 10：00am and 9：00pm for the best medication effect and shortening time.
