摘要
Langmuir-Blodgett膜(LB膜)具有特殊的功能和生物活性,在现代高技术中有广泛的应用。本文合成了一个长链炔酸——8,10-二炔二十五碳酸,并研究其LB膜的聚合。 8,10-二炔二十五碳酸的氯仿溶液(10^(-3)g/mL)在简易水槽上铺展,亚相水中含3×10^(-4)mol/L CdCl_2。用丝线作膜障,油酸作推进油,以0.4 cm/min速度拉制成Y型LB膜。
Pentacosa-8,10-diynoic acid has been synthesized and its LB film has been deposited. The polymerization of LB film of pentacosa-8,10-diynoic acid under UV-radiation was monitored by UV-visible,IR spectroscopies and X-ray diffraction. From this point, the possible arrangement of penta-cosa-8,10-diynoic acid molecules in LB film before and after polymerization was estimated.
