急性泛发性发疹性脓疱病1例

摘要 1 临床资料 患苦女．69岁，因全身红斑脓疱3rl伴发热ld于2007年1月4口就诊患苦3d前因感冒自眼“阿莫西林”，数小时后即出现局部皮肤红斑，并迅速扩大，在红斑桀础卜出现小脓痖，无明显瘙痒疼痛皮疹很快发展至躯干四肢，舣眼睑也出现红肿近口束患者头晕、烦渴、多饮症状明显，并伴咳嗽咳痰，
