摘要
现有的江苏电力调度交换网存在着组网程度低、网络结构层次不清等问题,为此,江苏省电力公司通信中心制定了“十一五”期间全新的调度交换网组网规划,内容涉及网络结构、组网方式和各级调度节点典型接入方式,并对省、地、县三级调度节点及各电压等级变电站提出了配置标准和编号方案。
During the 11 th Five-Year Plan period, jiangsu Electric Power Company makes a new plan for power dispatching exchange network aiming at solving the problems of low networking capability and unclear levels of the network structure. The plan involves in the network structure, networking mode, typical access method for each level dispatching nodes. It also puts forward configuration standards and numbering schemes for each level dispatching nodes and substations.
