摘要
采用分布参数法模型对常见的双流程管翅式换热器,在不同的空气及制冷剂进口状态下的工作性能进行了数值研究,对管路布置提出了改变不同流程管径比的优化设计方案,并从数值模拟的角度给出了验证。数值计算结果表明改变两流程之间的管径比可以优化换热器的换热性能,而且两流程的管径之间存在一个最佳比值0.8,在该最佳管径比下,换热器的换热性能在不同工况下均比相同管径提高6%~11%,同时可以使空气侧的阻力损失减少2%。
The numerical study on the performance of a double flow-pass tube-fin heat exchanger was performed with different air and refrigerant inlet parameters. An optimization design of circuit arrangement was presented and was validated by the numerical simulation results. The results showed that there was an optimal ratio between the two flow-pass tube diameters in the heat exchangers. In this paper the optimal ratio was 0.8 and with this optimal ratio, the heat transfer performance of the heat exchanger could be enhanced by 6%-11%, at the same time the pressure drop of the air side could be decreased by 2%.
